In the year1949, Germany was dissever by the victors of World state of war II andthey occupied different zones. Berlin, the former capital letter of Germany was divided into EastBerlin and West Berlin but was located deep intimate the soviet controlled zone.1 Then, in 1961, the Soviet government built a b esiege which separated thetwo halves of the city.
